    Red & blue band for assisted pullups.
    I think I could pick up time if I can improve my push ups speed so that is one goal over the next 30 days.
    Today was great fun -- thanks to all for enouragement!
    For lunch I had leftover Paleo chili and then fixed Paleo Jerk chicken tonight. If anyone is struggling for recipes or Paleo ideas I am happy to share.
