    Eating: 7 x 7 = 49 less 1 point for a piece of chocolate (on a wonderful factory tour!) and less 1 point for a second glass of wine Saturday night = 47 points
    Sleep = 2 points
    WODs = 2 points (3 WODs posted, Mon., Weds., Sat.)
    TOTAL for week: 51
