Team WOD

100 Sit ups with med ball toss to partner
200m Walking lunge/med ball overhead walk
200 Front squats
100 Med ball burpee passes to partner

Saturday
Metcon
Team Murph

1 mile row, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats, 1 mile row. Both partners start and end doing the 1 mile row, but they are able to complete the pull ups, push ups and air squats as a team, with only one partner working out at a time.

  1. Saturday: Murph 60:05 Rx (individual, 20# vest) - so annoying, could easily have saved :05 in the running transitions!!

    Still, new PR by over 12 mins - previous 72:22 on 31/08/12
