  2. Thursday: Great fun, had trouble keeping up with Sarah! Also I think it was a Crossfit Kids WOD... maybe morning workouts don't agree with me.

  3. Super fun Valentine's day workout today! I found the part using the mat to be particularly romantic...and the part where I had to remind Rick that we are, in fact, working together as a team and sabotage is frowned upon. Also very romantic.
