Demo of the bear
Rest between rounds as needed.
Coach: The Power clean must be separate from the front squat. No resting on the ground during rounds, not even to re-grip. You want to be at max load by round 4 or 5

"Cardio Gone Bad" 1 minute is spent at each of the 5 stations, resulting in a 5 minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for three rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate" the athletes must move to the next station immediately.
