On the minute:
Complete 5 burpees and perform max rep 95/45 lbs thrusters on the minute.

The goal is to complete 100 total thrusters.
*At the beginning of every minute perform 5 burpees, for the rest of the minute perform as many thrusters as you can during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute perform 5 burpees and then max rep thrusters and so on until you reach 100 total thrusters.

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The stations are:
  1. . Wallball Shots: 20/14 10ft/9ft
  2. . Sumo Deadlift High-Pull: 75/55
  3. . Box Jump: 20" box 
  4. . Push Press: 75/55
  5. . Row:  (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Two tips...
1. when speaking try and focus only on the good, find the good in the situation and focus on that
2. when listening, truly listen....do not try and think about what you are going to respond, just listen.
As Epictetus once said, "We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak."
