Sumo, Box, KTB
On Nate's Deadlift's he needs to flatten his back,
and hips a lil higher.On his Push press and front
squats elbows higher. Julie looks great but, needs
to be more aggressive on her 2nd pull. Chest up on
and more aggressive on the drive portion of the
her press.
