  3. Wednesday's WOD: Strict Press by 3, was able to lift 75, did two reps at 80 but unfortunately missed the third one! Arghhh... next time.
    12 mins AMRAP of jumping slam ball, pull-ups ladder as Rx'd: 14 rounds+16 SB. Awesome WOD!
