    Press 3x115#, 3x125#, 3x135#, 1x145#, 1x155#, (timed out). Felt much better than last week (1x145#), bringing the shoulders further forward. Definitely had more in the tank.

  2. Tuesday (All Levels): 3 rounds + 5 box jump Rx (24min cap). 11 squat-cleans at 145# is tough!
