Strength A: Back Squat Build Up first, then: 20, 10, 10 (with the same weight for each) +5 pounds or more from last time if possible.

Strength B: 3 Sets

Unbroken Double Unders
1st Break is: 5 Burpees
2nd Break is: 20 sec plank hold
3rd Break is: 10 air squats

Unbroken Jump Rope (singles or doubles)
Every Break is 5 Burpees
