Strength: Back Squat 20, 10, 10 (+5# from last week)

By now these should becoming VERY difficult...but hey, if it was easy, everyone would get your gainz!

3 Sets - going up in weight each set

1. DB/KB Bench Press 8 reps; 31x1; Rest 30 sec

2. Sit Ups 12-15; Rest 30 sec

3. Barbell Bent Over Row 8 reps; 31x0, rest 1 min
