Spades - squats
Hearts - burpees
Diamonds - Push ups
Clubs - ab/mat sit ups

8 of clubs would be 8 sit ups, 6 of hearts 6 burpees etc..

Face cards are 10 reps Aces are 11

  1. Saturday workout was fun... once it was over. Never thought I could hate hearts and diamonds so much! Not to mention Aces and face cards!
