  1. Thanks for the shout out. Coach Jan. Just as a testimonial, I was very against logging and refused to do it for a long period of time. I can say that was a HUGE mistake. It really has made a difference in pushing myself to be able to look back and say "Ok I want to beat that time or that number."

  4. Anyone have a recommendation for a good app to log progress? I seriously doubt I'd ever physically write down my progress but I would track it on my phone.
