3 Power cleans 135/95
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

    Rushed the first cycle trying to keep up with coach D, never a good idea. Watching the pace and making 4 per cycle would have been better.

    This workout is hard!
