30 Jumping Squats

    Re: Paleo Challenge....keep an eye out for some more information. I've been 90% there for a few weeks now (easing myself into it), with the goal of going full paleo during the first week of January.

    Some boxes have a Paleo Challenge once or twice a year (New Years is can do anything for a month). Anyone up for giving it a shot?

  2. I'm up for a paleo challenge. It's a lot easier with some support. And definitely more fun with some cheat penalties.
