What are your Most/Least favorite exercises
at CrossFit Dumbo?

  1. My favorites: situps, deadlifts, pullups

    My least favorites: wall balls and of course, BURPEES

  2. Favorites: Hang Power Cleans, Deadlifts, Push Jerks

    Least Favorites: Pushups, Thrusters.

    I don't mind Burpees, sometimes I'd rather do that then Pushups.

  3. favorite: pullups, kettlebells
    least favorite by far: those inversion pushup things against the wall.

  4. Favorites: deadlifts, pull ups, jump boxes, push ups
    Least: Burpees, I hate them but,, is there any better overall conditioning exercise? I doubt it. I also don't like atlas stones (I end up with scrathes) or oeverhead squats because I just can't do them properly.
