I keep hearing excuses, now what!


















Warm up
100 dbl unders

10 Push ups
10 Sit up
10 Overhead squats
10 Sit ups
10 Back extensions
10 Pull ups

Skill Builder/Mobiltiy
Feet, Calves, Quads, Hamstrings

Metcon
Run 1 mile
Stop every min and do 10 air squats.
