90 second Plank
M.E. Sit ups
*Elbows or push up position flat back neutral head position*Unbroken if you stop for more than 2 seconds round is over
*Every time your dropout of your plank position knees touch the ground deduct a 3 points from your sit up total

400 sit ups, no breaks during planks tail bone very sore.
