Home Competition Day 1


Get Up!
























8 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Vertical jumps (must jump at least 6" off of the ground)
10 Air Squats (proper depth must be achieved hip crease must pass top of knee cap)

    10 60# thrusters (heaviest bar in my building gym)
    5 pull-ups
    10 60# snatces
    5 pull-ups
    10 60# OHP
    10 pull-ups
