    If pull-ups are a goat for you (and they are for me with any sort of volume/repeat sets) are you interested in joining me in a pull-up challenge?

    I'm going to do these as strict reps. Testing myself tonight at the box to see how many I can do unbroken.

    Program pulled from CFNYC site is below (This looks like it only applies if you can already do 3 unassisted pull-ups).

    Goal is 15 unbroken by memorial day.

    My start day is tomorrow. Plan is to post to comments daily.
