Cardio Gone Bad Championship Edition

10 meter sprint

1 minute is spent at each of the 5 stations, resulting in a 5 minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for 5 rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate" the athletes must move to the next station immediately.

Life is like a blanket too short. You pull it up and your toes rebel, you yank it down and shivers meander about your shoulder; but cheerful folks manage to draw their knees up and pass a very comfortable night.
