Warm up
Dynamic warm up

100m Sprint
10 Pull ups
100m Sprint
10 Burpees
Rest 30 seconds

The right Self-Talk is very positive, but it's also practical and realistic. Saying that you "choose to be successful" and at your best each day, doesn't mean you're overlooking reality; it means you recognize your right to win, and you choose believe it, and to act on it.
