Broad jumps, Tuck jumps, Air squats

4 minutes stretching calves (2 mins each leg)

    Looking for ideas on a Paleo breakfast? Here is what I had and it was wonderful:

    ~ 3 oz. raspberries (not organic - does anyone have a good source for this time of year - finding organic raspberries is very difficult)
    3 strips Applegate organic bacon (no nitrites/nitrates)
    2 Paleo Pumpkin Pancakes:
    NOTE on recipe: -- maple syrup is optional LEAVE IT OUT FOR STRICT PALEO (you'll be surprised at how quickly your palette changes and the pumpkin is all the sweetness you need). The coconut cream is the coconut milk that you will find in a can -- this is NOT interchangeable with the coconut milk in a carton that you can drink. The "desiccated" coconut is simply coconut flour, easily purchased and nothing more than finely ground coconut. I fixed this recipe for a New Year's Day brunch. It was a big hit with my non-Paleo crowd and I made extra and froze some.
