Pull ups

Spend one minute at each of five stations, resulting in a a five-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for three rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. Athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep.

  1. T's METCON score: 187 (regular pushups instead of ring push ups, 25lb. KB swings, 10lb. wall balls and I definitely bent my knees on those rope pull ups!)

    Mine top 2 right now, box jumps (more than 12"), pull-ups.
