Hey everybody. I tried this "cheat" dessert yesterday and it was awesome. I got it from Paleomg.com. Helps when the chocolate boogeyman comes a knockin'....or does he only come to my house? Anyway, give a try.

Paleo Chocolate Cake in a Mug

Ingredients
1.5 tablespoons coconut flour
1.5 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons walnut oil
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mug.
Mix all ingredients well with a spoon.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Consume.
