Burpees, Squats, Sit ups

4 RFT:
15 Burpees
25 Squats
35 Sit ups

    Did Elizabeth today: 21-15-9 95# clean, scaled to bar dips - 17:12. Have to work on those squat cleans, there were all broken and need to work on those dips too! Nice little Sunday workout though!

    Hey everyone! My total points for the week ( from Sat the 14th to Sat the 21st) is 54.
    (1) bonus point for Tuesdays WOD and (1) for actually sleeping for more than 8 hours (a rarity). Aside from a few little indulgences this week, I've been a good Paleo girl LOL. Have a great week everyone! ;0)

  5. 49 points: +8 sleep, -8 protein shakes, +2 2 WODs, big deduction for Friday drinks... At least I stuck to gin and soda :D

  6. 48pts: +8pts sleep, +2pts WPDs, -8pts protein shakes, and dinged heavy on Fri (-10pts) for drinks at the bar. At least they were gin & sodas :D
