ReplyDeleteDid Elizabeth today: 21-15-9 95# clean, scaled to bar dips - 17:12. Have to work on those squat cleans, there were all broken and need to work on those dips too! Nice little Sunday workout though!

(1) bonus point for Tuesdays WOD and (1) for actually sleeping for more than 8 hours (a rarity). Aside from a few little indulgences this week, I've been a good Paleo girl LOL. Have a great week everyone! ;0)

49 points: +8 sleep, -8 protein shakes, +2 2 WODs, big deduction for Friday drinks... At least I stuck to gin and soda :D
