The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift.

    Press: 165 (short of my PR by 10#s)
    Deadlift: 375 (new PR by 10#s)

    Total: 835 / 3.58 strength to weight ratio

    Gotta work on those presses...March should be a 300+ squat and a 400+ DL

    Deadlift: 265 (+10 PR)

    Total: 675 / 4.09 Ratio
