  2. T's WOD: 150 burpees @ 23:53 (I figured out why 150 burpees = REST as I came home and could do nothing after dinner except sleep for 8 hours as I was in so much pain!)

    Re: inflammation, funny you should post that as I was just reading about it 2 days ago. I did not really understand but checked out the diet recommendations, most of which were Paleo! I also happened to discover that watercress gets a +36 inflammation rating, which is supposed to be a great thing, but apart from that it has huge nutritional aspects compared to other lettuces, so pile it on your salads and use abundantly as garnish.
